Each item of fashion jewelry from The Jacqueline Kennedy Collection is guaranteed for three years
against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship including stones, plating, or clasps. If you
should experience any issues with your jewelry within the warranty period please contact
Camrose & Kross directly.

Watch movements are also guaranteed for three years from the time of purchase. Watches under
warranty being returned for evaluation must be sent to Camrose & Kross along with a check for
$7.50 for S&H plus the completed warranty card. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
misuse, accident, water penetration or worn out battery. Most batteries will last approximately
two years and should first be replaced before sending the watch in for evaluation.
Camrose & Kross does not replace batteries.

Lifetime warranty of knives is subject to specifications of factory defect. Defects do not include normal wear of
knife handles and blades, or damage caused by use of the product for purpose other than intended. Any handle
material may crack over time; cracks are not considered defects after 30 days from purchase. Should any parts
or workmanship prove defective, Hen & Rooster will repair or replace the part or parts at no cost to the purchaser,
unless the product is returned more than one year after purchase, in which event the purchaser must include
$3.00 with the returned product to cover shipping and handling. This remedy is the PURCHASER'S SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In no event shall the purchaser be entitled to recover incidental or consequential damages,

We will refund any defective item returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items returned that are not defective
